vs.
MICHAEL W. SANDERS, MARY J. HENSLEY
and DISCOVER BANK, Defendants.
NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above
named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are hereby notified that you have been
sued in the Court above named. The nature of the
suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose
Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property
commonly known as 4760 Peoga Rd, Trafalgar,
IN 46181-9641 and described as follows: A part of
the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of
section 2, township 10 north, range 3 east of the
second principal meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner thereof; thence
west, on and along the north line of the said quarter
quarter section 187.29 feet; thence south 0 degrees
53 minutes east 318.42 feet to the center line of a
public road; thence north 53 degrees 32 minutes
east, on and along the said centerline 223.25 feet
to the east line of the said quarter quarter section;
thence north on and along the said east line 180.13
feet to the place of beginning. 1.17 acres. This
summons by publication is specifically directed
to the following named defendant(s): Michael W.
Sanders and Discover Bank. This summons by
publication is specifically directed to the following
named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are
unknown: Mary J. Hensley. If you have a claim
for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same
transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in
your written answer or response. You must answer
the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney,
within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of
Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default
may be entered against you for the relief demanded
by the Plaintiff.
