NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to any other person who may
be concerned: You are hereby notified that a petition
for name change of a minor child, currently named
Elijah Daniel Northern, has been filed in the Brown
County Circuit Court. The request to the court by
the petitioner, Shandra Mae Chappell, is to change
the minor child’s name to Elijah Daniel Chappell.
If you have an objection to this name change, you
are entitled to appear before this court and to file
written objections with this court. This petition was
filed on September 30, 2009. You must file an appearance
in writing, by your or your attorney, on or
before the 10th day of March 2010, this date being
thirty (30) days after the third Notice of Suit, and
if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered for
what the petitioner has demanded. A hearing has
been set in this matter for February 22nd, 2010, at
3:30 pm in the Brown County Circuit Court.
