NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0904-MF-0212 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., was Plaintiff, and William Thomas Huber and Joe Ray, solely in his capacity as Treasurer of Brown County, Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of March, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, Washington Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes East with the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 400.0 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes East 544.5 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes West parallel with the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 400.0 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes West 544.5 feet to the beginning. Containing 5.0 acres, more or less. More commonly known as 3243 Green Valley Rd, Nashville, IN 47448-7953. Parcel No. 07-06-28-200-103.000-004.
