The Plaintiff fi led a Complaint for Mortgage Foreclosure
on December 4, 2009, and after having
made a diligent search, states that the following
defendants cannot be found, have concealed their
whereabouts, or have left the state: THE HEIRS,
DEVISEES, LEGATEES, CREDITORS WHETHER
KNOWN OR UNKNOWN OF MARTIN L.
FLEENER SR. and MARTIN LEE FLEENER,
JR. as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of
Martin L. Fleener Sr. The residence of the Defendant
is unknown. The Plaintiff seeks to foreclose
a mortgage on the following real estate: A part of
the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 34, Township 10 North, Range 2 East described
as follows: Commencing at a point in the
center of the Illinois Central Railroad Tract in the
center of the Nashville, Indiana and Helmsburg Indiana
Public Highway running South a distance of
496 feet to the place of beginning; thence East 115
feet; thence South 32 feet; thence West 115 feet;
thence North 32 feet to the place of beginning.
Also commencing at the Illinois Central Railroad;
running thence South following the center of the
Charles Wilson Pike a distance of 500 feet to the
place of beginning; thence East 135 feet; thence
North 70 feet; thence 100 feet; thence South 179
feet to the line of the Helms; thence West 235 feet;
thence North 109 feet to the place of beginning
containing 1 acre, more or less. More Commonly
Known As: 4817 Helmsburg Road, Nashville, IN
47448. The above named Defendants must fi le an
answer to the Complaint, in writing, in person, or
by his attorney, within thirty (30) days after the last
notice of this action is published, or a default judgment
may be entered against them for the relief
sought in the complaint.
