NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Brown
County, Nashville, Indiana the proper legal officers
of said Municipal Corporation at their regular
meeting in the upstairs meeting room at 6:30 P.M.
FEBRUARY 16, 2010 will consider the following
additional appropriations in excess for the budget
for the current year.
Additional Appropriations:
Prosecutor Infraction Deferral: IV-D Attorney
$2,000.00
New Prosecutor Incentive: IV-D Attorney
$5,000.00
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a
right to be heard. The additional appropriation as
fi nally made will be referred to the Department of
Local Government Finance (DLGF) will make a
written determination as to the availability of funds
to support the appropriation to be made within (15)
days of certifi ed copy to the action taken. If you
