The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named
and any other person who may be concerned. You
are notifi ed that you have been sued in the Court
above named. The nature of the suit against you
is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage
on Real Estate against the property described in
Exhibit “B” of the Complaint as set out below: A
part of the east half of the northeast quarter of section
33, township 8 north, range 3 east, described
as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of
said quarter 20 rods north of the southeast corner
thereof where the Indian boundary line crosses said
east line; thence north 50 rods to the center of Little
Salt Creek; thence following the center of said
creek south 63-1/4 degrees west 26 rods; thence
north 29-1/4 degrees west 19 rods to the center of
the county gravel road; thence following the center
of said road south 20-1/2 degrees west 2 rods;
thence south 28 degrees east 17 rods; thence south
13 degrees east 4 rods; thence south 4 degrees west
5 rods; thence south 31 degrees west 11-1/2 rods to
a point where said road crosses the Indian boundary
line; thence south 55 degrees east 43 rods 6-1/2
feet to the place of beginning, containing 7 acres,
more or less. More commonly known as 7329

summons by publication is specifi cally directed to
the following named defendant(s): Lori Ann Lucas
and Gary Dale Lucas. This summons by publication
is specifi cally directed to the following named
defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown:
Lori Ann Lucas and Gary Dale Lucas. If you have
a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from
the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert
it in your written answer or response. You must answer
the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney,
within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of
Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default
may be entered against you for the relief demanded
by the plaintiff.
