By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from
the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court and pursuant
to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January
11, 2010, I will expose to public sale to the highest
bidder for cash in hand, at the offi ce of the Sheriff
of Brown County, in Brown County, Indiana,
located at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana
47448 on March 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Local Time,
the fee simple title together with the rents, profi ts,
issues and income or so much thereof as may be
suffi cient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs
and accruing costs of the following described real
estate located in Brown County, Indiana, to-wit: An
unplatted tract of land designated as Lot Number
OWS-703 and located in the Northeast quarter of
Section 19, Township 10 North, Range 4 East of the
second principal meridian, Brown County, Indiana
described as follows: Beginning at a stone at the
Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said
section and proceeding South 10.71 feet and West
717.21 feet to a point of beginning; thence South 27
degrees 19 minutes West 207.75 feet; thence North
43 degrees 26 minutes East 70.0 feet; thence North
29 degrees 18 minutes West 181.5 feet; thence
South 62 degrees 28 minutes West 60.0 feet to the
beginning, containing ½ acre, more or less. ALSO,

pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of
the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and
entitled “An act concerning proceedings in actions
to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the
sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing
all laws confl icting therewith” (see Indiana
Code). It is further provided by law that there shall
be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser
at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his
purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive
from the undersigned, Sheriff of Brown County,
a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee
