THOMAS PEREZ and BRENDA L. PEREZ, DEFENDANTS.
NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Pursuant to a certifi ed copy of a judgment to me
directed from the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court,
in Cause No. 07C01-0909-MF-540, requiring me to
provide the sums pursuant to said judgment, with
interest and costs, I will offer for sale at public auction
to the highest bidder on the 24 day of March,
2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time of
said day, being between the hours of 10:00 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m., at the offi ce of the Sheriff of Brown
County at the Law Enforcement Center in the City
of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana, the following
described real estate in Brown County, Indiana, towit:
Parcel No. 002-48100-27. Lot Numbered Eight
(8) in Grand View Ridge Subdivision, as recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 11, in the Offi ce of the Recorder
of Brown County, State of Indiana, together
with the rents, issues, income and profi ts thereof.
The street address for the above described real estate
is 9127 Grandview Ridge, Columbus, Indiana.
The sale will be made for cash, without relief from
valuation or appraisement laws, and without any
right of redemption from the sale. And, the sale will
be made subject to all unpaid real estate taxes and
assessments and all unpaid sewer charges or liens.
Immediately after the sale, and upon payment of
the purchase price in full, I, as Sheriff, will execute
and deliver a deed of conveyance for the real estate.
