NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me directed
from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of
Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0810-
MF-0571 wherein Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.,
d/b/a America’s Wholesale Lender was Plaintiff,
and David W. Amick, solely in the capacity as
Personal Representative of the Estate of Daniel
Kinsey, Joseph Godbey, Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., as nominee for Decision
One Mortgage Company, LLC, CitiBank, N.A. f/
k/a CitiBank, FSB and Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide
Bank, FSB were Defendants, required me to make
the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest
and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest
bidder, on the 24th day of March, 2010, at the hour
of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible,
at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee
simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown
County, Indiana. Lot Numbered WS-365 in Sweetwater
Lake Addition, Plat Number 37, as per plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 13, in the
offi ce of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 7381 Sweetwater Dr,
Nineveh, IN 46164-9622. Parcel No. 006-01640-
00. Together with rents, issues, income, and profi ts
thereof, said sale will be made without relief from
valuation or appraisement laws.
