TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0901-MF-0019, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
as Trustee for Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-
Backed Pass Through Certifi cates Series 2005-
WCH1 was plaintiff and William Huber, was the
defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided
for in said Decree with interest and costs, I
will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on
the 24 day of March, 2010, at the hour of 10:00
A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State
Road 46, Box 95, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee
simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown
County, Indiana: Part of the East Half of the West
Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township
9 North, Range 2 East, Washington Township,
Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning in the East line of the East Half of the
West Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
28, South 00 degrees 00 minutes West 1668.0 feet
from the Northeast Corner of said East Half of the
West Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South
00 degrees 00 minutes West with said East line
330.0 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes
West 660.0 feet to the West line of said East Half
of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence
North 00 degrees 00 minutes East with said West
line 330.0 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes
East 660.0 feet to the beginning. Containing
5.0 acres, more or less. Subject to the right-of-way
of Duncan County Road along the Easterly line
of subject real estate. More commonly known as:

No. 07-06-28-200-111.000-004. Together with
rents, issues, income, and profi ts thereof, said sale
will be without relief from valuation or appraisement
