Democrat – Brown County. Judgment to be Satisfi
ed: $296,076.39. By virtue of a certifi ed copy
of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior
Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause
No. 07C01-0909-MF-0521. Plaintiff: GMAC
Mortgage, LLC. Defendant: Marianna Fisher, et al.
Required me to make the sum as provided for in
said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at
public sale to the highest bidder, starting at 10:00
am of said day as listed above, at, fee simple of
the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County,
Indiana: A certain tract or parcel of land in Brown
County, in the State of Indiana, described as follows:
A part of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter, and a part of the Southeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter, all in Section 2, Township
9 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal
Meridian, in Hamblen Township, Brown County,
Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a
point on the South line of said Northeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter section in a Public Road
510.50 feet North 84 degrees 34 minutes 23 seconds
West (assumed bearing) from the Southeast
corner thereof; thence South 67 degrees 10 minutes
West 450.00 feet; thence North 25 degrees 20 minutes
West 247.84 feet to a point in a Private Road;
thence North 67 degrees 10 minutes East 328.89
feet with last said Road; thence North 48 degrees
32 minutes East 138.50 feet with last said Road;
thence South 22 degrees 58 minutes East with said
Public Road 291.85 feet to the Place of Beginning,
containing 2.65 acres, more or less. (Designated as
Tract “A” on an unrecorded plat of a survey certifi
ed July 3, 1975 by Gilmore C. Abplanalp, Registered
Land Surveyor No. 9792). Subject to all easements,
roads or rights of way existing or of record,
affecting said real estate. The acreage indicated in
this legal description is solely for the purpose of
identifying said tract and is not to be construed as
to insuring the quantity of land. Parcel Number:
07-07-02-100-126-000.006. Commonly known as:
4375 O Henry Lane, Nineveh, IN 46164. Together
with rents, issues, income and profi ts thereof, said
sale will be made without relief from valuation or
appraisement laws. This Notice shall also represent
service of Notice of Sale of the above-described
