By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me directed
from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown
County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07 wherein Wells
Fargo Bank, N.A.., as Trustee for ABFC 2006-
OPT3 Trust, ABFC Asset-Backed Certifi cates,
Series 2006-OPT3 was Plaintiff, and Glenn S.
Brumble, Annette Brumble, and State of Indiana,
were Defendants, requiring me to make the
sum as provided for in said Decree with interest
and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest
bidder, on the 24th day of March, 2010, at the
hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible,
at the Brown County Sheriff’s Department,
55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee
simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown
County, Indiana. Lot Numbered Thirty-eight (38)
in Rund’s Subdivision to Bean Blossom, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Cabinet No.
1, Sleeve 218A, in the Offi ce of the Recorder of
Brown County, Indiana. More commonly known
as 78 McDonald Drive, Morgantown, IN 46160.
Parcel No. 005-18880-00. Together with rents,
issues, income, and profi ts thereof, said sale will
be made without relief from valuation or appraisement
laws.
