NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from
the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court and pursuant
to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January
13, 2010, I will expose to public sale to the highest
bidder for cash in hand, at the offi ce of the Sheriff
of Brown County, in Brown County, Indiana,
located at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana
47448 on March 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Local
Time, the fee simple title together with the rents,
profi ts, issues and income or so much thereof as
may be suffi cient to satisfy said judgment, interest,
costs and accruing costs of the following described
real estate located in Brown County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section One (1), Township Nine
(9) North, Range One (1) East, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point in the
center of the Public Road One Hundred Thirty-
Three (133) feet East from the Northwest corner
of said quarter quarter section; running thence East
following the center of said Public Road Seventy
(70) feet to a point; thence South Two Hundred and
Five Tenths (205.5) feet to a point; thence Westerly
on an angle parallel to the Illinois Central Railroad
right-of-way Seventy and Two Tenths (70.2) feet to
a point; thence North Two Hundred Eighteen (218)
feet to the place of beginning, containing One-third
acre more or less in Brown County, Indiana. Commonly
known as: 6117 South Shore Drive, Unionville,
IN 47468-9528. Tax ID Number: 008-06520-
00. This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant
to an act of the General Assembly of the State of
Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled “An
act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose
real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and
custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing
all laws confl icting therewith” (see Indiana Code).
It is further provided by law that there shall be no
redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at
such sale, upon complying with the terms of his
purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive
from the undersigned, Sheriff of Brown County,
a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee
simple title in and to said real estate. Taken as
the property of the Defendant(s) stated above at
the suit of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Said sale to be
without relief from valuation and/or appraisement
laws. The Sheriff’s offi ce does not warrant the accuracy
of the street address published herein.
