The State of Indiana to the above-named defendants,
and any other person who may be concerned.
You are notifi ed that you have been sued
in the above-named Court. The nature of the suit
against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose
Mortgage on the following described real estate in
Brown County: Part of the NW quarter of the SW
quarter of section 15, township 10 north, range 2
east, Jackson Township, Brown County, Indiana,
described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner
of the NW quarter of the SW quarter of said section
15; thence easterly with the north line of said
NW quarter of the SW quarter 293.2 feet; thence
south 11 degrees 25 minutes east (assumed bearing)
1400.5 feet, more or less, to the south line of
said NW quarter of the SW quarter; thence north
87 degrees 51 minutes west with said south line
333.0 feet; thence north 00 degrees 31 minutes
east 871.6 feet; thence north 87 degrees 51 minutes
west 250.00 feet to the west line of said NW
quarter of the SW quarter; thence north 00 degrees
31 minutes east with said west line 479.4 feet to
the beginning, containing 8.72 acres, more or less.
This Summons by publication is specifi cally directed
to the following named defendants whose
addresses are: Jeffrey H. Richardson, 1162 Buck N
Bass Lane, Nashville, IN 47448; United States of
America, c/o Attorney General of the United States
Department of Justice, 950 Pennsylvania Ave. NW,
Room 4400, Washington, D.C. 20530; JPMorgan
Chase Bank, NA f/k/a Bank One, NA, c/o Highest
Executive Offi cer present, 1111 Polaris Parkway,
Columbus, OH 43246; and to the following named
defendants whose whereabouts are unknown: Kristina
A. Richardson. In addition to the above-named
defendants being served by this summons there
may be other defendants who have an interest in
this law suit. If you have a claim for relief against
the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or
occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
You must answer the Complaint in writing,
by you or your attorney, on or before March 12,
2010 (the same being within thirty (30) days after
the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so a
judgment will be entered against you for the what
the plaintiff has demanded.
