By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause Number 07C01-1303-MF-000089 wherein First Merchants Bank, N.A., successor by merger to First Bank was the Plaintiff and Jeb A. Brester and Azur L. Brester n/k/a Azur L. Pater were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on June 12 , 2014 beginning at 10  a.m. of said day, at the Brown County Jail. 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana.
