By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 07C01-1212-MF-000610, wherein CP-SRMOF II 2012-A Trust, by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in it`s individual capacity but solely as Trustee, was Plaintiff, and Michelle D. Thompson, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of April, 2014 at the hour of  10:00 AM  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at P.O. Box 95, Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
