You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.  The nature of the suit against you is for judgment upon Note and to enforce a Mortgage against the Defendants upon certain real estate in Brown County, State of Indiana, in which Defendants claim some interest and which is further described as follows:

Part of the Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter, part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, all in Section 36 Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:  Commencing at a stone found marking the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 36; thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes 21 seconds East (assumed bearing) with the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 577.02 feet to a capped rebar set and the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89 degrees 43 minutes 21 seconds East with said North line 340.94 feet to an iron pin set in the intersection of said North line and the apparent center of the North Fork of Salt Creek, the following Nine (9) courses are with the apparent center of the North Fork of Salt Creek; thence South 29 degrees 09 minutes 44 seconds East 73.68 feet to an iron pin set, South 03 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds East 225.49 feet to an iron pin set, South 89 degrees 38 minutes 07 seconds East 170.94 feet to an iron pin set, South 44 degrees 10 minutes 42 seconds East 401.51 feet to an iron pin set, South 09 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds East 108.00 feet to an iron pin set, South 26 degrees 53 minutes 57 seconds West 145.79 feet to an iron pin set, South 12 degrees 34 minutes 51 seconds East 54.15 feet to an iron pin set, South 39 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East 244.28 feet to an iron pin set and South 34 degrees 11 minutes 39 seconds East 134.20 feet to the intersection of said creek and a branch the following Two (2) courses are with the apparent center of said branch South 50 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds West 155.54 feet to an iron pin set and South 44 degrees 00 minutes 34 seconds West 67.20 feet to an iron pin set in the intersection of said branch and the apparent center of Gatesville County Road; the following Five (5) courses are with the apparent center of Gatesville County Road; thence South 85 degrees 02 minutes 34 seconds West 119.70 feet to an iron pin set, South 81 degrees 39 minutes 32 seconds West 170.72 feet to an iron pin set, South 71 degrees 54 minutes 31 seconds West 96.38 feet to an iron pin set; South 65 degrees 56 minutes 56 seconds West 107.77 feet to an iron pin set and South 59 degrees 54 minutes 56 seconds West 116.23 feet to an iron pin set; thence North 16 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds West 1208.95 feet to a capped rebar set; thence North 08 degrees 10 minutes 36 seconds East 325.67 feet to the beginning.  Containing 21.015 acres, more or less. ;

Commonly known as 5530 Gatesville Road, Nineveh, Indiana 46164.

This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose addresses are:

Stanley L. Corson II

Tammy F. Ferguson

303 Laurel Drive, Anderson, IN  46017

and to the following Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown:

Any and All Heirs, Executors and Assigns of Stanley E. Corson

Any and All Heirs, Executors and Assigns of Kitty F. Corson

In addition to the above Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.

If you have a claim for relief against Farm Credit Mid-America, FLCA f/k/a Farm Credit Services of Mid-America, FLCA (“Farm Credit”) arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the third Notice of Suit; April 4th, 2014, if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what Farm Credit has demanded.
