AND ANY UNKNOWN CLAIMANT TO ANY RIGHT TITLE OR INTEREST AND AGAINST THE WORLD, DEFENDANTS

  You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the court above named. The nature of the suit against you is for: Complaint to Quiet Title. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following respondents whose whereabouts are unknown:   Josephine Beattie, Charles F. Roesener, and the Unknown Heirs of Gladys M. Roesener and all those who may claim through them or under them and each of them and any unknown claimant to any right title or interest and against the world.

  You must answer the petition in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 13th day of March, 2014, (the same being within 30 days after the third notice of suit) and if you fail to do so, action will be taken in this case in your absence.
