NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1304-MF-150, wherein PNC Bank, National Association was plaintiff and Timothy P. Roman , et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13th day of February, 2014, at the hour of 10 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, Box 95, Nashville IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana:

Lot Number OES-153, Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 60, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 42, now found in Plat Cabinet 1 on Sleeve 139A, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

ALSO, Lot Number SW-187, Prince's Sweetwater Lake Addition Number 10, in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, according to the plat thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Record 12, page 25, now found in Plat Cabinet 1 on Sleeve 208A, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
