By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 07C01-1110-MF-0478, wherein Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., was Plaintiff, and Donald C. Goens, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13th day of February, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at P.O. Box 95, Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

     Part of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, part of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter and part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 35, Township 10 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana described as follows: Commencing In the center of Salt Creek County Road at a railroad spike found marking the northeast comer of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 35; thence the following four (4) courses are with the center of said county road: south 04 degrees 34 minutes 24 seconds west (bearing from deed) 251.07 feet to a spike nail found, south 03 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds west 373.27 feet to a spike nail found, south 00 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds west 118.36 feet to a spike nail found and south 07 degrees 28 minutes 26 seconds east 63.66 feet to a pike nail found and the beginning: thence the following four (4) courses continue with the center of said county road: south 23 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds east 81.09 feet to a spike nail found,          south 30 degrees 51 minutes 02 seconds east 166.74 feet to a spike nail found, south 26 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds east 82.54 feet to a spike nail found and south 12 degrees 45 minutes 51 seconds east 77.52 feet to a spike nail found; thence leaving the center of said county road south 86 degrees 37 minutes 37 seconds west 624.94 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar (stamped alien S0078) found; thence south 08 degrees 20 minutes 26 seconds east 183.05 feet to a 5/8 Inch capped rebar (stamped alien S0078) found; thence south 01 degress 51 minutes 32 seconds east 135.62 feet to a 5/8 Inch capped rebar (stamped alien S0078) found; thence North 38 degrees 16 minutes 41 seconds west 404.37 feet to a 5/8 Inch capped rebar (stamped alien S0078) found; thence north 53 degrees 43 minutes 28 seconds east 593.89 feet to a 5/8 Inch capped rebar (stamped alien S0078) found; thence north 75 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east 200.00 feet to the beginning, containing 5.114 acres more or less.
