SHERIFF’S SALE NOTICE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1303-MF-000118 wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP was Plaintiff, and Harold R. Stanley was the Defendant requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 13 day of  February, 2014, at the hour of  10:00AM, or as soon as thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office 39 N. Van Buren Nashville, IN 47448-0095 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, in Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast comer of said quarter quarter section; thence South 1 degree 13 minutes West 719.4 feet thence North 87 degrees 59 minutes West 459.2 feet; thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes West 176.1 feet; thence North 33 degrees 54 minutes West 37 feet; thence North 01 degree 19 minutes West 524.6 feet; thence South 86 degrees 49 minutes East 507.8 feet to the beginning, containing 8.09 acres, more or less.

A Non-Exclusive Easement for Ingress and Egress 20 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning North 00 degrees 01 minutes West 176.1 feet from the Southwest comer of the above described tract, in Brown County, Indiana; thence North 33 degrees 54 minutes West 409.5 feet and
South 86 degrees 48 minutes West 189.7 feet to the County Road.
