NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.  07C01-1212-MF-000615 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and  William J. Blevins a/k/a William Jason Blevins, Fifth Third Bank and Fifth Third Bank (Western Michigan), were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the   12th   day of    December, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a stone found marking the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 36; thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds East (assumed bearing) on and along the North line of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter 177.84 feet (192.00 feet deed) to an iron pin set in the apparent center of Salt Creek County Road; thence the following six (6) courses are with the apparent center of said County Road: South 37 degrees 15 minutes 05 seconds East 29.83 feet to an iron pin set, South 30 degrees 13 minutes 09 seconds East 70.29 feet to an iron pin set, South 24 degrees 57 minutes 42 seconds East 67.75 feet to an iron pin set, South 19 degrees 48 minutes 53 seconds East 78.81 feet to an iron pin set, South 15 degrees 55 minutes 22 seconds East 74.75 feet to an iron pin set and South 13 degrees 17 minutes 49 seconds East 123.57 feet to an iron pin set; thence South 62 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds West 378.53 feet to a capped rebar set in the West line of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence North 00 degrees 03 minutes 01 second East on and along said West line 586.60 feet to the beginning, containing 3.262 acres, more or less. Subject to all easements, covenants, conditions, reservations, leases and restrictions of all record, all legal highways, all rights of way, all zoning, building and other laws, ordinances and regulations, all rights of tenants in possession and all real estate taxes and assessments not yet due and payable. Being the same property conveyed by deed recorded in Volume 6, Page 654, of the Brown County, Indiana Records.
