By virtue of a certified copy of a judgment to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana in Cause No. 07C01-1303-MF-000103, wherein First Merchants Bank, N.A., as successor in interest to Lincoln Bank was Plaintiff and Mary Kay Flesher; Bloomington Endoscopy Center, LLC; Capital One Bank (USA), NA: GE Capital Retail Bank and State of Indiana Dept. of Revenue were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Thursday, December 12, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. on that day, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Brown County Jail at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple title of the whole body of Real Estate described as follows, to-wit:
