NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0707-MF-0352 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and John W. Hardin, Melissa M. Hardin, Regions Bank f/k/a Union Planters Bank, N.A. and CitiFinancial Services, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12 day of Dec., 2013, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the East half of the East half of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 10 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, lying on the East side of the County Road, described as follows: Commencing at a stone at the Southeast corner of said East half of the East half of the Northeast quarter; thence North 572 feet along the East line of said East half of the East half of the Northeast quarter to the place of beginning; thence West 372 feet to the middle of said County Road; thence North 7 - 1/2 degrees West 227 feet along the middle of said County Road; thence East 402 feet to said East line of said East half of the East half of the Northeast quarter; thence South 225 feet along said East line to the place of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less.(Designated as Tract No. 3 on plat of survey certified March 10, 1976 by Henry J. Dorman, Registered Land Surveyor No. 9923, and recorded June 29, 1977 in Deed Record No. 110 on page 111, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.)
