 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Indiana Code 32-30-3-14(f) and Indiana Code 34-32-1 that Petitioner, by counsel, Wanda E. Jones, filed an Amended Complaint to Quiet Title on October 28, 2013, against Lisa Spire, George Spires a/k/a Gary A. Spires, JMA, Inc., Mary Smith, Treasurer of Brown County, and First of America Bank, all of whom may have an interest in the below described Real Estate commonly known as 5646 State Road 135 North, Morgantown, IN 46160, also identified by Parcels Number 005-11340-00, 005-11340-04, 005-11340-05, 005-11340-06, 005-11340-07 and legally described as:

Lots Number 15,16,17 in Davis Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded In Miscellaneous Record No. 10, on page 257 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

ALSO, part of Lot Number 5 in the Davis Subdivision according to the plat thereafter as recorded In Miscellaneous Record No. 10 on page 257 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Lot Number 5; thence North wit the West line of said Lot Number 5, 30.0 feet; thence East 250.0 feet to the East line of said Lot Number 5; thence South with said East line 30.0 feet to the Southeast comer of said Lot Number 5; thence West 250.0 feet to the beginning.

ALSO, part of Lots Number 14 in Davis Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 10 page 257 in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Number 14; thence North 74 degrees 05 minutes East 252.4 feet to the West right of way of State Road No. 135; thence Southeasterly with said right of way 91.05 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot Number 14; thence West 297.2 feet to the beginning.

EXCEPT THEREFROM, Lot Number 18 in Davis Subdivision, the plat of which subdivision is recorded in Miscellaneous Record 10, page 257 in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning on the South line of said Lot 18 at a point North 89 degrees 07 minutes 29 seconds East 567.03 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot; thence North 39 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West 100.29 feet; thence North 50 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East 30.00 feet to the Southwestern boundary of State Road 135; thence North 39 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East 123.16 feet along the boundary of said State Road 135 to the South line of said Lot; thence South 88 degrees 04 minute 23 seconds West 37.73 feet along said South line to the point of beginning and containing in said Exception 3,352 square feet, more or less.

The petition is now scheduled for hearing in the on the 23rd day of December, 2013 at 11:00 o'clock a.m., which is more than thirty (30) days after the notice of publication. Any person has the right to appear at the hearing and to file written objections on or before the hearing date. The parties shall report to the Brown Circuit Court
