Rhonda Crone, 57, Indianapolis

Rhonda L. Crone, 57, passed away Sept. 14, 2013, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born Jan. 25, 1956, daughter of Samuel T. Snively and Margaret (Albright) Turner.

Mrs. Crone was a 1974 graduate of Warren Central High School. During her working years, she was in the hospitality business and worked at the Abe Martin Lodge in Brown County. After moving back to Indianapolis, she became a member of Calvary Lutheran Church. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Survivors include seven children, Jason (Gerri) Burge of Greenfield, Wendy (Kevin) Napier of Fairland, Joy Potts of Indianapolis, Jacob Crone of Indianapolis, Michael Crone of Mt. Juliet, Tenn., Robert Crone Jr. of Indiana and Christopher Jasper of St. Paul; three sisters, Barbara (Reginald) Roberts of Indianapolis, Carla Elkins of Columbus and Dana (Greg) Wildin of Arkansas; two brothers, Andy Turner and William Snively, both of Indianapolis; and nine grandchildren.

Mrs. Crone was preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Crone.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20 in Owen-Weilert-Duncan Funeral Home, Marion Chapel, 2722 S. Washington St., Marion. Rhonda will be buried with her husband in Marion National Cemetery in Marion at 2 p.m. Friday.
