NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

BY AUCTIONEER

TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE

AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

By virtue of a certified copy of the Judgment by Default to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana in Cause No. 07C01-1301-MF- 000005, wherein PNC Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff and Ellsworth J. Grubbs was the Defendant requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose a public sale, by Auctioneer, to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. on said day, at 125 South Van Buren Street, Unit 1D, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana:

Unit No. 1D in ARTIST COLONY CONDOMINIUMS, which Declaration of Condominiums was recorded July 11, 1988, as Instrument No. 88-1898 in Miscellaneous Record No. 49, pages 426-504, and which First Amended Declaration of Condominiums for Artist Colony Condominiums was recorded August 3, 1988, as Instrument No. 88-2153 in Miscellaneous Record No. 49, page 577. The Plat thereof recorded July 11, 1988 as Instrument No. 88-1987 in Horizontal Plat Book No. 1, pages 11-14, and as amended by an As Built Plat, August 8, 1988 in Horizontal Plat Book No. 1, pages 15-17, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, together with a 5% undivided interest appertaining to such Unit in the COMMON AREA OF ARTIST COLONY CONDOMINIUMS.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation and appraisement laws
