DETERMINATION FOR HEIRSHIP Re: ESTATE OF CAROL DAVID COCHRAN

STATE OF INDIANA IN THE BROWN CIRCUIT COURT SS: COUNTY OF BROWN CAUSE NO. 07C01-1302-ES-000012 FILED AUG 30, 2013 BETH MULRY, CLERK BROWN CIRCUIT COURT IN THE MATTER OF THE SUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION OF THE

ESTATE OF CAROL DAVID COCHRAN, DECEASED

ORDER FIXING TIME AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO

DETERMINATION FOR HEIRSHIP

COME NOW James A. David and Charles David, Petitioners, interested persons in the Estate of Carol David Cochran, and file their Verified Petition to Determination of Heirship of the above named decedent, which petition is on file with the Court and a part of the Court's record.

And the Court, having examined said petition and being duly advised in the premises, now finds that the prayer of such petition as to fixing a time for hearing thereon and as to notice of such hearing should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the Petition for Determination for Heirship be, and it is hereby, set for hearing before the Court on the 26th day of Nov, 2013, at 3:00 P.M. and the Clerk of this Court be, and hereby is, directed, upon being furnished by the petitioner with sufficient copies of proper forms of notice, to give due notice of the filing and nature of such petition and the hearing thereon by (Publication once each week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed and circulated in the county where this Court is held, the first day of such publication to be at least thirty (30) days prior to the date set, as above stated, for such hearing, and/or by sending a copy thereof by [registered or certified] mail requesting a return receipt to every person known or believed to be an heir of such decedent or to claim an interest in the property as an heir or through an heir of such decedent, whose names and addresses are set forth in such petition to be posted in any United States Post Office in this State at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for such hearing).

The Clerk of this Court shall be, and hereby is, further directed to make proof of (his or her) giving of such notice by an appropriate certificate of service of giving of such notice.

All of which is ordered this 20th day of August, 2013.
