By virtue of a certified copy of the Decree of Foreclosure to me directed by the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court, Brown County, Indiana, Cause: 07C01-1201-MF- 000004, wherein the Indiana University Credit Union is plaintiff, and John E. Walters, Family Horizons Credit Union, HSBC Bank Nevada NA and Midland Funding, LLC are the defendants, requiring me to make the judgment sum of $44,622.25, as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 10th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 o'clock am, on said date, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate located in Brown County, State of Indiana, and described as follows:
