By virtue of a certified copy of the Decree of Foreclosure to me directed by the Clerk of   3 the Brown Circuit Court, Brown County, Indiana, Cause: 07C01-1302-MF-000076, wherein the Indiana University Credit Union is plaintiff, and Kevin S. Clare, Molly L. Clare and Discover Bank are the defendants, requiring me to make the judgment sum of $101,780.69, as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 10th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on said date, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate located in Brown County, State of Indiana, and described as Mows:    

A part of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North,                                                                                                                                      Range 3 East, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East; thence running North 56 rods; thence South 82-1/2 degrees East 45 rods; thence with meanderings of the public highway in a Southwesterly direction to the South line of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East; thence West with said South line 12 rods to the place of beginning, containing 10 acres, more or less;

EXCEPT THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:
