     By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1212-MF-000636, wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and George A. Mathis Jr., Lori F. Mathis a/k/a Lori Mathis and George A. Mathis Sr., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana:

ALSO, a PERPETUAL, NON- EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT to above described tract, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, and running thence South 0 degrees 19 minutes West 920.6 feet to the center of a County Road; thence East along the center of said road 20.0 feet to a point; thence North 0 degrees 38 minutes East 703.4 feet to a point; thence North 5 degrees 32 minutes East 191.4 feet to a point; thence North 46 degrees 44 minutes East 137.9 feet to a point; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes West 28.3 feet to a point; thence South 46 degrees 44 minutes West 99.4 feet to a point; thence West 49.2 feet to the place of beginning.
