OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

     By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, on Cause No. 07C01-1207-MF-000366 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2004-R7, was Plaintiff and Mark Osburn, LVNV Funding, LLC., GMG Motors, Inc., and Woodland Lake Association A/K/A Waterfront to Woodland Lake, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Oct. 10, 2013 at the hour of 10 AM at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Lot Numbered Seventy One (71) in Woodland Lake Estates subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Miscellaneous Records 13, Page 505, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

     Subject to easements, conditions, and restrictions of records.
