The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.  The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate:

A part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, of the Second Principal Meridian, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a point of the South line of the said quarter quarter at a point that is 198.00 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence West on and along the said South line 251.50 feet; thence Northeasterly 219.50 feet to the centerline of State Road No. 135; thence North 83 degrees 30 minutes East on and along the said centerline 147.50 feet; thence South 73 degrees 30 minutes East 115.00 feet on and along the said centerline; thence South 200.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.5 acres, more or less.

This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me:

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 6th day of March, 2013 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
