The State of Indiana to the above-named defendants, any any other person who may be concerned.  You are notified that you have been sued in the above-named Court.  The nature of the suit against you is:  Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County:

A PART OF THE FRACTIONAL NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST OF THE SECOND PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION: THENCE NORTH 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES EAST (ASSUMED BEARING) 1036.10 FEET TO A POINT IN THE BECK'S GROVE ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 55 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST ON AND ALONG SAID ROAD 1274.19 FEET TO A POINT IN THE WEST LINE OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 50 MINUTES EAST 726.75 FEET ON AND ALONG LAST SAID WEST LINE TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 8.12 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.

This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are: None      and to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are unknown:  Jean B. Simons

In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons there are may be other defendants who have an interest in this law suit.

If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before August 30, 2013 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
