NOTICE OF LETTING SCHOOL BUS CONTRACTS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of BROWN COUNTY SCHOOLS, Brown County, Indiana, has determined that eight (8) school bus shuttle routes are now available so as to permit competitive bidding.

The Board of School Trustees will receive sealed bids until 4:00 pm Local Time Friday, July 19, 2013, in the Central Office Building of the School Corporation in Nashville, Indiana, for the transportation of school children on designated shuttle routes for the school years 2013-14 and 2014-15. Forms will be available in the Central or Transportation Offices

Beginning at 4:00 pm Local Time Friday, July 19, 2013, in the Brown County High School Cafeteria, the Board of School Trustees will open and post bids with meet with the specifications.

Beginning at 6:00 pm Local Time Monday, July 22, 2013, in the High School Cafeteria, the Board of School Trustees will let contacts for those designated shuttle routes where the bids are deemed acceptable.

The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reflect any or all bids
