Adoption of JENNA MARIE WILSON by JANEAN L. HOLLEY AND BRAD I. HOLLEY, PETITIONERS

STATE OF INDIANA IN THE BROWN CIRCUIT COURT SS: COUNTY OF BROWN

CAUSE NO 07C01-1305-AD-00003 IN THE MATTER OF THE

ADOPTION OF: JENNA MARIE WILSON A MINOR

JANEAN L. HOLLEY AND BRAD I. HOLLEY, PETITIONERS

FILED JUN 19, 2013

BETH MULRY, CLERK BROWN CIRCUIT COURT

NOTICE OF ADOPTION

The State of Indiana to Jon Eric Wilson, whose whereabouts are unknown: You have been named as the natural father of the child named above.  A Petition seeking the adoption of this child has been filed with the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana.

Jon Eric Wilson is notified that a petition for adoption of a child, named Jenna Marie Wilson born to Peggy S. Holley on February 26, 2010 was filed in the office of the clerk of the Brown County Circuit Court, P.O. Box 85, Nashville, IN  47448.  The petition for adoption alleges that the consent of Jon Eric Wilson to this adoption is not required because he has failed to have any significant contact with the child for over a year, despite being able to do so, has failed to provide for the care and support of the child when required to do so by law or judicial decree for a period of over one year, despite having the ability to do so, and has abandoned the child.

If Jon Eric Wilson seeks to contest the adoption of the child, Jon Eric Wilson must file a motion to contest the adoption in accordance with Ind. Code 31-19-10-1 in the above named court not later than thirty (30) days after the date of service of this notice.

If Jon Eric Wilson does not file a motion to contest the adoption within thirty (30) days after service of this notice the above named court will hear and determine the petition for adoption.  The consent to adoption of Jon Eric Wilson will be irrevocably implied and Jon Eric Wilson will lose the right to contest either the adoption or the validity of Jon Eric Wilson's implied consent to the adoption.

No oral statement made to Jon Eric Wilson relieves Jon Eric Wilson of Jon Eric Wilson's obligations under this notice.

This notice compiles with Ind. Code 31-19-4.5-3 but does not exhaustively set forth a person's legal obligations under the Indiana adoption statutes.  A person being served with this notice should consult the Indiana adoption statues.

You are notified that the following attorney represents the Petitioner in this matter:  David C. Grupenhoff, THOMAS M. BARR & ASSOCIATES, P.O. Box 756, Nashville, IN  47448, (812) 988-0314.

Beth Mulry, Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court
