NOTICE OF SUIT SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: The Unknown Executor, Administrator, Heirs, and Devisees to Estate of Richard L. Michaels: BE IT KNOWN, that Fifth Third Mortgage Company, the above-named Plaintiff by its attorney, Stephanie A. Reinhart, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court its Complaint against Defendant Violet Fay Michaels, Richard L. Michaels, Brown County Treasurer, The Unknown Executor, Administrator, Heirs, and Devisees to Estate of Richard L. Michaels and Unknown Occupants, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, The Unknown Executor, Administrator, Heirs, and Devisees to Estate of Richard L. Michaels, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County, State of Indiana, to wit:

The following described real estate in Brown County, in the State of Indiana:

A part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 9 North. Range 3 East, described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest comer of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 3 East; thence North 55-1/2 degrees East 244.5 feet to a point in the center of State Highway No. 46; thence following the center line of State Highway No. 46 North 62-1/2 degrees East 678 feet to a point, which is the point of beginning of the real estate described herein; thence South 273.5 feet to the center of the Henderson Branch Fork of Salt Creek; thence in a Westerly direction following the center of said Branch a distance of 30 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction to a point in the center of Suite Highway No. 46, 125 feet South 62-1/2 degrees West of the place of beginning, containing 1/2 of an acre more or less. Except Therefrom 0.103 of an acre conveyed to the State of Indiana for State Highway No. 46 right-of-way grant as set forth in Deed Record No. 70 on pages 459-460 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 3 East; thence north 55-1/2 degrees east 244.5 feet to the center of a bridge on State Road No. 46; thence following the center of said State Road No. 46, north 62-1/2 degrees east 553 feet to a point, which point is the point of beginning for the real estate herein conveyed; thence south 30 degrees east 244 feet to Henderson Branch; thence following the meanderings of Henderson Branch in a south and westerly direction 322 feet to a point; thence north 1-3/4 degrees West 334.8 feet to the center of State Road No. 46; thence following the center of said State Road No. 46, north 62-1/2 degrees east 153 feet to the point of beginning containing 1-1/3 acre more or less.

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 24. Township 9 North, Range 3 East, running thence north 55-1/2 degrees east 244. 5 feet to a point in the center line of State Highway No. 46; thence north 62-1/2 degrees east 678 feet to a point, which point is the point of beginning for the real estate herein being described; thence south 273. 5 feet to the center of the Henderson Fork of Salt Creek; thence in an easterly direction following the center of said branch a distance of 95 feet; thence in a northwesterly direction to the place of beginning, containing one-half acre,

more or less. commonly known as 5893 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint
