NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1302-MF-000086 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. successor by merger to CitiFinancial Mortgage Company, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Charles E. Huesman, Lindsey J. Huesman and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor by merger with Bank One, N.A. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of Aug, 2013, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:  Beginning at the Southwest corner of said described tract; running thence East 28 rods to a point; thence due North to the center of the public highway running through said tract; thence in a Southwesterly direction following the center of said public highway to a point on the West line of said tract 57-1/2 rods North of the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 10 North, Range 3 East; thence South 57-1/2 rods to the place of beginning, containing 10.00 acres, more or less;  EXCEPT THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:  Part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:  Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 35; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East (bearing from deed) on and along the West line of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, 948.75 feet to the center of Gatesville County Road; thence Northeasterly with the center of said county road, 100.00 feet; thence South 30 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 200.00 feet; thence South 06 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds East 808.19 feet to the South line of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West on and along said South line 286.60 feet to the beginning, containing 5.00 acres, more or less.
