By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.  07C01-1207-MF-000377 wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP was Plaintiff, and  William Spears a/k/a William Wayne Spears,  Furniture Liquidators, and Personal Finance Company, were Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day August, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter and part of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 5, Township 9 North, Range 4 East, described as follows: Beginning South 89 degrees 51 minutes East 610.5 feet, North 00 degrees 15 minutes West 544.4 feet and West 388.3 feet from the Southwest corner of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter section; thence North 265.6 feet, thence North 76 degrees 30 minutes West 462.0 feet; thence South 13 degrees 30 minutes West 5.5 feet; thence North 68 degrees 23 minutes West 175.6 feet; thence South 14 degrees 02 minutes West 313.4 feet; thence South 46 degrees 33 minutes West 160.5 feet; thence South 32 degrees 01 minute West 84.3 feet; thence North 86 degrees 31 minutes East 852.5 feet to the beginning, containing 6 acres, more or less.
