Sandra June Donica, 71, Elizabethtown

Sandra June Donica, 71, Elizabethtown, died at 11:22 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2013, at her home.

Sandra had been employed at the shoe factory in Crothersville and Cummins Engine Company before retiring from Columbus Regional Hospital Home Health Care. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church Clifty. She enjoyed reading, quilting and baking, especially pies for her husband. She loved holding her little black puppy Daisey.

Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 4 at St. Paul Lutheran Church Clifty, with Pastor Doug Bauman officiating. Calling will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, May 3 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home and one hour prior to service time Saturday at the church. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to the stained glass window fund at St. Paul Lutheran Church Clifty.

Born in Jackson County Oct. 8, 1941, Sandra was daughter of John Guy McFall and Dolores Grady McFall. She married Robert Donica July 19, 1980.

Survivors include her husband; her mother, of Hope; children, Kimberly Sue (Jan) Graves of Seymour, John Robert (Donna) Cottey of Springhill, Fla., Mark Allen and Thomas Leon Cottey, both of Seymour, and Amy Catherine (Tony) Morgan of Austin; stepchildren, Annette (Tim) Blythe of Nashville, Matt (Robin) Donica of Columbus, Paul (Amy) Donica of Greenwood, Tim (Chris) and Cindy Donica (Jerry Milan), both of Columbus; grandchildren, Nick (Toni) and Diana Durig, Lydia (Jon) Bush, Crystal and John Robert Cottey, Kevin (Cheri) Anderson, Joseph (Brandi), Frankie, Casey and Talia Cottey, Caleb and Cassandra Morgan, Jessica Peace and Tyler Blythe, Katlyn and Trent Westmeyer, Sydney, Anna, Emily, Cole, Isabelle, Payton, Gabrielle and Lilian Donica, and Hannah Milan; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Kobe Gray, Atreyu Durig, Lukah and Jaeden Bush, Jaden and Talan Taylor, Brittney Anderson, Jackson Gunner Trueblood, Landon Michael and Payton Allan Cottey, Callie and Dravan Morgan; a sister,  Brenda Sue Jines (Wallace Miller) of Elizabethtown; and brothers, John (Naomi) McFall of Columbus, Richard (Linda) McFall of Scipio, and George McFall of Memphis.

She was preceded in death by her father; her first husband, John Cottey; and a grandson, Kyle Scott Cottey.
