Cynthia “Cindy” M. Parker, 52, Nashville

Cynthia “Cindy” M. Parker, 52, Nashville, passed away peacefully Friday April 26, 2013. She was born March 17, 1961 to the late Normand L. Parker. Her mother, Dixie Millikan Parker survives.

Cindy spent most of her career working in the IT field, most recently for Indiana University. She graduated from IU in 2012 and was working toward obtaining a degree in nursing.

She is survived by her mother; brothers, Steven (Mariam) and Keith Parker; sisters, Deborah Seibel (Rob), Sherri Graham (Lee) and Marci Mutz; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at Crosspointe Baptist Church, 220 Country Club Road, Indianapolis, IN 46234, 317-271-1600 on Friday, May 3,  at 1 p.m. Visitation will be Friday at the church from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
