NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS

REGARDING DETERMINATION TO ISSUE NOTES

OF CORDRY SWEETWATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, INDIANA

The taxpayers of Cordry Sweetwater Conservancy District, Indiana (the “District”), are hereby notified that on December 18, 2012, the Board of Directors of the District, adopted a resolution determining to issue notes of the District pursuant to IC 36-9-41, in an original aggregate principal amount not to exceed $600,000, for the purposes of procuring funds to pay for the construction and equipping of an administrative office and maintenance facility. The notes shall be payable in equal and approximately equal installments, on July 1 and January 1 of each year with a final maturity date of no later ten (10) years from the date of the notes, and shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed four percent (4%) per annum, the exact rate to be determined through negotiation with a financial institution. The notes shall be payable from ad valorem property taxes levied and collected on all taxable property in the District.
