NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1207-MF-000382 wherein GMAC Mortgage LLC (successor by merger to GMAC Mortgage Corporation) was Plaintiff, and Mark Allen Kirts aka Mark A. Kirts, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the   13TH   day of    JUNE , 2013, at the hour of 10 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Lot No. 2 in KIRTS MINOR PLAT according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book No. 2 on page 90, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:

A part of the fractional East half of the Northwest quarter of Section 30, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning 2248 feet South and North 74 degrees 02 minutes East 283.8 feet from the Northwest corner of said East half; thence North 02 degrees 58 minutes West 320.2 feet; thence North 87 degrees 02 minutes East with the center of the County Road 303.9 feet; thence South 02 degrees 58 minutes East 250 feet; thence South 74 degrees 02 minutes West 311.9 feet to the beginning, containing 2.0 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
