ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUOTES

CORDRY-SWEETWATER CONSERVANCY

Sealed quotes will be received until noon May 8, 2013, and then reviewed by the Cordry Sweetwater Conservancy District Board, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete:

A Signed Contract will be issued to the selected quoter(s) for the full amount of the work.

Respondents to the Request for Quotes (RFQ) must submit one (1) original copy of their Quote to the conservancy district no later than the time shown above.  All Quotes must be sealed and clearly marked as outlined above.  Quotes arriving after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened.  Faxed or e-mailed Quotes will not be accepted.

The conservancy board can accept or reject any or all parts of a Quote as well as re-solicit for Quotes.  Contract award criteria will be based on meeting the stated specifications, cost considerations, proposed schedule, and qualifications of the Quoter.

Contractors can conduct a site inspection after coordinating with the conservancy manager.

All questions from prospective Quoters must be asked in writing by noon on April 29, 2013 using the form attached to the Quote Package.  The bids will be opened at the Conservancy District Office at 1:00 P.M. May 8th. Questions are to be sent via e-mail to Michael Watts at mwatts@rwa.com or faxed to 317-788-0957.

Quotes shall be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form 96 and must include a signed and notarized non-collusion affidavit and a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount.  All work shall be warrantied for one year from the date of completion.

A copy of the financial statement showing current assets & liabilities to be submitted with the bid is included in the Bid Proposal Documents section of these specifications. The Owner may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the Bidder to perform the work, and the Bidder shall furnish to the Owner all such information and data for this purpose as the Owner may request.
