Dianna Lazell, 66, Nashville

Dianna Lazell, 66, Nashville, died Sunday afternoon at her residence.

Born Oct. 1, 1946, in Unionville, she was daughter of Lawrence and Ruby (Kelly) Terrell. She was a homemaker and had formerly worked at Sears in College Mall in the shipping and receiving dept. as well as serving as a cook at Indiana University. She was a member of Trevlac Pentecostal Church. She loved working with her flowers, shopping, baking and working for her church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Rick Lazell of Nashville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin and Lisa Leech of Nashville, and Jeff and Melody Leech of Morgantown; a brother, Larry Terrell of Unionville; two sisters, Betty Rogers and Dorothy Riench, both of Bloomington; three grandchildren, Amanda (Jeff) Billings, Jeremiah Fox and Elizabeth Leech; and six great-grandchildren, Riley, Erin, Becca and Alycia Billings and Lydia and Ty Fox.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Janet (White) Jones and Sharon (Terrell) Ziegler; five brothers, Lonnie and Russell Terrell and Leon, Kenny, and John White; and two grandchildren, Tyler Leech and Josh Fox.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, at Day Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bruce Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in Salt Creek Cemetery.

Friends can visit the family on Tuesday, March 26 from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
