NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1207-MF-000384 wherein Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio Banking Corporation as successor by merger to Fifth Third Bank, a Michigan Banking Corporation as successor by merger to Fifth Third Bank, an Indiana Banking Corporation as successor by merger to Fifth Third Bank, Indiana in Saint Joseph, MI as successor by merger to Fifth Third Bank, Indiana formerly known as Fifth Third Bank of Central Indiana was Plaintiff, and Elaine Moore a/k/a Nancy Elaine Moore, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 11th day of April, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, described as follows: Beginning 186 feet West and 32.4 rods South of the Northeast corner of said Quarter Quarter; thence South 60 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence North 60 feet; thence East 100 feet to the beginning, containing 0.14 of an acre, more or less. ALSO, beginning 39.8 feet South of the Northwest corner of the above described 0.14 acre tract; thence South 18.5 feet; thence West with the South edge of a shed 4.0 feet; thence North with the West edge of said shed 18.5 feet; thence East with the North edge of said shed 5.3 feet to the beginning, containing 0.002 acre more or less. NOTE: The acreage indicated in the legal description is solely for the purpose of identifying the said tract and should not be construed as insuring the quantity of land.
