By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.  07C01-1206-MF-000338 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and  Samuel Richardson Hall, Occupant(s) of 4333 Rick Ridge Road, Nineveh, IN 46164, Fifth Third Bank (Western Michigan) and Jackie L. Hall were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 11th day of April, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and a part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, all in Section 2, Township 9 North, Range 3 East of the Seconds Principal Meridian, in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a point North 67 degrees 27 minutes 50 seconds East (assumed bearing) 324.00 feet from the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section; thence continuing North 67 degrees 27 minutes 50 seconds East 100.00 feet to a point in a Private Gravel Road; thence North 55 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds East with said Road 549.84 feet; thence South 10 degrees 05 minutes 45 seconds East 394.18 feet; thence South 69 degrees 02 minutes West 150.00 feet; thence South 48 degrees 35 minutes 46 seconds West 450.00 feet; thence North 19 degrees 25 minutes 49 seconds West 414.51 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5.01 acres, more or less.
