NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1207-MF-000375 wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-5, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5 was Plaintiff, and Nancy J. McKimm; Rebecca A. Wilhite; Citifinancial Services, Inc. F/K/A Associates Home Equity Services, Inc.; Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority; State of Indiana; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 11th day of April, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 9 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence South on the East line thereof 982.89 feet to the centerline of a county road; thence South 82 degrees 42 minutes West 182.04 feet with the centerline of said road; thence North 86 degrees 27 minutes West 183.86 feet with the centerline of said road; thence North 88 degrees 28 minutes West 14.90 feet to the place of beginning of this described tract; thence North 251.00 feet to a steel stake; thence West 686.50 feet to a steel stake that is 754.00 feet South of the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence South 560.00 feet to a stone; thence North 88 degrees 29 minutes East 406.34 feet to the center of a county road; thence North 56 degrees 07 minutes East 32.50 feet with the centerline of said road; thence North 22 degrees 48 minutes East 237.69 feet with the centerline of said road; thence North 55 degrees 12 minutes East 80.06 feet with the centerline of said road; thence South 88 degrees 28 minutes East 103.11 feet to the place of beginning, containing 7.80 acres, more or less.
