Notice is hereby given the Taxpayers of Brown County, Indiana that the proper legal officers of the County Council at their regular meeting place the County Annex Building will at 6:30 p.m. on the 18th day of March, 2013 consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.

Into the Health Budget- Insurance for 2013
County Commissioners: $300,000.00
Into 1000 06831026 Group Health Insurance
Taxpayers appearing at this meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of the funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of action taken.
