FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION

BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

FOR GOULD TOURIST HOME

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on February 27, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Bruce M. and Pamela S. Gould for a Special Exception to allow a tourist home.

The location of the property is 360 State Road 135 North in Washington Township.

Legal description of premises: Lot Numbered Fifteen (15) in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville, Brown County Indiana.  Also, the North Half of vacated "A" Street lying immediately South of said lot.  Lot Numbered Fourteen (14) in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana. Also, 30 feet by parallel lines off the South end of Lot Numbered Thirteen (13), in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana. Also, the vacated 12 foot wide alley running East and West between Lots Numbered Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana. More commonly known as 360 State Road 135 N. Nashville, IN  47448-8111 Parcel#07-07-18-300-362.000-005 and 07-07-18-300-359.000-005 and 07-07-18-300-314.000-005.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing, will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
